Look no further if you are looking for an amazing day on the water! All of Captain Chip’s reviews are what lead us to book a trip. Great communication leading up and a wonderful individual that we had the pleasure to fish with and get to know. Captain Chip was spot on, noting we had the chance at some massive snook. In the first hour roughly, we landed more than a half dozen snook ranging from 32-40 inches, lost a couple more too. That alone would have been an amazing day! We proceeded to some other spots and and were exhausted on the continous action of different snapper, bonito, triggerfish, blue runners and several other species. We had several fun encounters with the goliath groupers and lemon sharks too. Finished the day up with some more snook, needlefish and a barracuda. You see the comment repeatedly on Captain Chip’s reviews but it was the trip of a life time and it will stay in the “remember when” discussions. We will absolutely be calling Captain Chip next time we are in the area!

Chip an accomplished captain and a good guy

We had an amazing time with Capt Chip. Booked the charter for my husband’s 50th birthday. We hopped for Snook but knew it was slim due to the time of year, and we completely understood. We caught plenty of Jacks and Blues though thanks to Capt Chip. My husband is an experienced fisherman, and he and Chip got along great. I don’t fish AT ALL, and Chip was patient and encouraging (even when I almost hooked all of his gear with a cast). Would definitely recommend Capt Chip for your charter. He’s local. He’s honest. He’ll put you on fish.

What a great experience fishing with Captain Chip! He put us on fish at every location, and he ended up exceeding our expectations catching multiple species. He is knowledgeable, easy going and went out of his way to make our day fishing into a memorable occasion. Captain Chip also took the time to teach my son some things about fishing, and it turns out he us an excellent teacher as well. I highly recommend Captain Chip. And I will definitely go out again with him.
