2/3 of us had never been on the intracoastal waterway and had little experience fishing but we were all excited to get out there. Chris took his time teaching us how and where to cast and gave us tips that helped us land fish all day. He stopped and let us admire dolphins on our way to another spot and stayed busy tying on new rigs for us to try. The weather conditions were not ideal but Chris was insistent on getting us where the fish were. We used multiple different tactics targeting various types of fish, which we had success doing. We’ve been going on charters in Carolina Beach for 5+ years and this was the most enjoyable experience, regardless of the conditions. Chris is a great guide, and very knowledgeable in various different types of fishing. We’ll look forward to getting with him again next time we’re here.

We had a great day celebrating my Grandson’s birthday on our fishing trip with Captain Chris. He was a very “down to earth” guy and took the necessary time to spend with all of us including my 5 year old Grandson. My Grandson had a great time and is looking to forward when he can go again. I will definitely use his services again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to charter a future fishing trip.

Captain Chris did everything he could to make sure we had a great day! We spent time learning new ways to fish. He had various types of rods and methods of fishing, such as trolling, bottom fishing with fresh bait or jigs. My family had a great time. Captain Chris was very accommodating to our service dog too. We had a great day relaxing and catching fish. Will be riding with Captain Chris again!
