We went on an afternoon fishing trip, we met the captain and cruised for about 30 mins to our fishing. When we arrived it turned out to be the wrong spot? When I think of tarpon fishing I think of going around spotting fish and casting bait to them, at least that’s what I’ve done in the past. We literally tied up to another dock the whole time hoping a tarpon would swim by. How is it that I pay $500 plus tip to be tied up to a dock all day? I had to remind the captain to throw chum in the water. He completely Tangled out lines at one point and didn’t have a line in the water for 20 mins +. Me and my family are avid fisherman and this was not fishing. The captain even said he hated tarpon fishing, then why offer it? The captain was nice enough to talk to and the boat was ok. Definitely don’t go tarpon fishing on this boat.
