Our guides Andres and Minor carried their enthusiasm for fishing and the Costa Rican landscape the entire day. They knew and appreciated everything around us and were excited to share it all with us. When live bait wasn’t really bringing the fish in, we got to trolling and brought in more than we could eat in two days. We did the 5am mangrove tour with Captain Andres. It was absolutely beautiful and the whole family had a great time! Andres treated us very well, spoke excellent English, and was extremely professional the whole time. Unfortunately, the fish were not biting while we were out there which was a bummer. I booked this charter for 5 hours and we didn’t catch anything during that time so the captain graciously allowed us almost 2 full extra hours! Finally we hooked 2 small fish. Fantastic service...
