Growing up on the Charlotte Harbor his whole life, Captain Cody was always an avid boater. Both his parents are captains in the keys and he decided to follow in their footsteps, and make use of his experience and love for the water, by making his passion a profession at the age of 18 in 2011. With a record catch of 185 pound Tarpon out of the Charlotte Harbor, he's just the guy to get you reeling in the big fish or have a great time in general.

    Awesome day fishing the canals!!

    4 Hour Trip • 5 adults • 3 children

    Captain Cody is awesome. Got up early and worked hard to find some elusive bait for us. Was patient with all three of our kiddos and helped them all get hooked up on multiple species of fish. Everyone had a blast. Cody stayed engaged the whole trip and told us history of the area as we switched spots. We caught snook, snapper, catfish, redfish, and jack crevalle. Everything about the trip was top notch. Would not hesitate to book again if we are in town!!

    Good Trip on a Hot Day

    Double Angler Trip • 2 adults

    We went on a 3 hour trip. Captain Cody arrived on time and had gotten bait with his cast net. We tried several spots. He would only stay in a spot for longer than 15 minutes if we were catching fish. He grew up in the area and has good knowledge of the fish and wildlife. He did everything he could to find fish for us. Not so easy on a hot day!

    Highly Recommend Captain Cody!

    6 Hour Trip – Boca Grande Inshore • 4 adults

    My family did a 6 hour trip with Captain Cody and had a great time! The weather and wind didn’t cooperate to do the typical trip, but Cody had a plan for the weather and still made the day a success. We caught a good variety of fish (including a puffer fish!) and had a really great day! He is very knowledgable about the local ecosystem and gladly shared his knowledge with us, which made the trip even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Captain Cody and will plan future outings with him when we’re in the area!

    Fantastic experience!!

    4 Hour Trip • 6 adults • 2 children

    We had a group of 6 and Captain Cody handled it wonderfully. He made sure the kids were constantly taken care of, each catching plenty of fish. I brought my parents as well and they are keeping his cards to being others who come visit them her in town. Absolutely would book with Captain Cody again, no hesitation.

    4 Hour Trip - 1:00 PM • 2 adults

    Don’t miss this trip, if you’re scrolling through, stop. Captain Cody will put you on fish and is super knowledgeable of the area, fish and habitat! He helped our novice fishermen and showed them tips and tricks to put fish in the boat. His boat was clean organized and spacious. We would absolutely be pleased to fish with him again!

We are currently targeting black and red drum on the bigger size as some are over 30lbs as well as speckled trout in Spanish mackerels mangrove snapper making great bring home eats, as well as smaller grouper and many others on artificial and live baits, summer heat is here but the fishing has been great! Redfish and snook have been caught as well when targed. Lets to fishing!

We’re fishing more live bait currently targeting snook and tarpon black drum all here in close by specially the six hour fishing trip are having tons of fun with the wide variety out there as well being targeted by lures as well but every trip is having a great time suggesting starting our fishing in the morning currently as that is when we’re having our best bite.
