Captain Enry Padilla grew up fishing off the Honduran island of Roatan. He's been a licensed captain since 2005 and has loved every minute of it. He's passionate about teaching kids how to fish, keeping them out of trouble, and being a positive role model in their lives. Besides fishing, he regularly volunteers in programs for children to keep them in school and away from drugs. His favorite part of the job is seeing the same passion for fishing in younger kids that he had growing up. Capt. Enry invites you and your family on an epic adventure, to create lasting memories, and catch lots of fish off the coast of Honduras!

Barracuda 5 Delivers the Goods!
AM 6 hours fishing charter trip on August 4, 2026 • 3 adults
This was our second time with Roatan Reef Tours, and my two brothers and I could not be more pleased!(previous trip was exactly 4 years ago) Colby and Henry were class A professionals that got us on the fish early and often. Hit many Tuna and Barracuda in the first 3 hours and then shifted our focus to bigger fish. Caught some more of the previously mentioned fish and then hooked and landed the 9’ Blue Marlin! What a day for the 3 brothers! Looking forward to our next adventure with them! Strong work by all on “ The Five! “

Roatan reef tours fishing trip
Cruis ship private fishing trip on July 6, 2026 • 1 adult
Fantastic fishing trip with Colton and Henry. Captain Enry picked me up and brought me to the dock and we kicked off in the morning early which was good because we caught 4 nice black fin tuna all in one school within the first two hours. Captain had all bases covered with 6 different lines out to give us the best chances. I will definitely go back out with Captain Enry and his crew. highly recommend! a good crew makes all the difference in my past experiences with charters.

great crew and boat. Captain picked us up at the cruise port, and brought us back. reasonable charge. no worries about getting back on time. caught decent fish at bad time of year. I will fish them again. GOOD PEOPLE. Family. they will have a +30' boat soon. USE THESE FOLKS..not a scam, good equipment

It’s the little things..
Combination fishing / snorkeling on January 8, 2026 • 4 adults • 2 children
These gentlemen turned into friends quickly. They picked us up at a pier of our choosing with a warmness i haven’t seen on other trips. Telling us about the island and it’s history as they set outriggers and we embarked into the sunrise. It was a glorious morning on the water. We caught fish and talked about life and children and sports and whatever came up. They were so great with my kids I really got to relax and enjoy the ride with my wife. They made everything easy and when they realized my youngest son hadn’t landed a fish yet, they extended the trip to find some Red Snapper for him to catch. Truly, the kindest hospitality and most fun day my boys will never forget. Thank you Enry and crew! We’ll see you again God willing.

Full Day Trip on May 2, 2026 • 2 adults
Best guys to go with, know everything and anything about Roatan. We had a full day targeting billfish, but seems like only the barracudas were bitting, all part of fishing, but they tried really hard to get get us on a trophy and even got my girlfriend on her first saltwater fish. After, we stopped at a local resturant and at a snorkeling spot too. Guides don’t get better than this.
