Had a great time with Captain Jonathan. Fished the 5 hour afternoon trip. Weather was rather windy so we were targeting mackerel in the harbor. Caught a few fish within the first hour. Fishing slowed so we moved around and hit the bay. My daughter got 2 small red fish there. We then moved by the bridge, my youngest daughter caught a nice speckled trout. We had asked for a trip for trout and redfish several months ago and booked the trip. The day before the trip, Jonathan called and recommended we not do a trip for redfish and trout due to them not being in just yet he recommended a trip out into the ocean to catch snapper. We are a family of 4 with 2 boys(ages 4 and 6) and have no fishing experience. When Captain Jonathan wasn’t driving the boat, he was working the whole time to make sure we caught a fish…and we did! Throughout our charter he taught us about each of the species of fish we caught and also fishing technique. The 3 hour charter was the perfect amount of time for smaller kiddos. I would definitely recommend this charter!

Jonathan was great with my boys and the whole family as amateur fisherman:) We caught some beautiful red and mangrove snapper!! Took to Dewey Destin’s to cook for lunch and they were the best fish I’ve ever tasted!!
