The guide smoked without asking. He threw trash into the bay. It took an hour and twenty minutes of a four hour trip to get bait and get to the spot to drop our lines. We caught one fish we could keep. He blamed us for not keeping fish on the line. The other five, catfish, bluefish, ladyfish weren’t kept. It appeared that our guide didn’t know the bay well enough to put us on the fish. He took us to the coast guard area at the end our trip to catch blue fish and possibly Spanish Mackerel because there was no pressure on this area and it was the last option he had to put fish on the lines. The coast guard told us to move because we were fishing in a restricted area.  All in all a waste of time and money.

As a fishing a guide I do my absolute best to put you on the fish and show you guys a good time. The places we fished were holding fish a day prior to the trip and missing a fish or bite is as much apart of fishing as catching them is. Unfortunately I went back with a father and his son the day after and caught our limit of speckled trout. Pleasing our customer and having a good time is our main priority and I apologize again and would of happily stayed out longer if I was under the impression you weren’t satisfied. Hope you guys have better luck next time you go and have tight lines the whole time.

We had a fantastic time on the boat. Captain Jonathan was very personable and extremely knowledgeable.  I highly recommend using him!  I wish I was a better picture taker but we had very busy lines and I couldn’t break away to often.
