Caption Craig is fantastic at locating fish.  Even though the conditions were not ideal he put us on some Spanish Mackerel right away and we caught a bunch. Waves continued to get bigger so we went inland and caught a lot of Shark.  Right at the end we needed up catching a Spinner Shark that was 56” and had a lot of fight in it.  It took about 6 minutes to reel it into the boat. It was a cold, drizzly, late-December morning. Capt Ryan gave our 8-80 years old group the option to delay or cancel, saying conditions were less than optimal, with a chilly breeze and fish not exactly looking to feed. Second time and our kids had an incredible time once again! They caught sharks and other exciting marine life, making it a memorable experience for the entire family. Captain Craig was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and great with kids. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and adventurous day on the water!

Captain Craig was upfront about what the plan was and getting us on the fish. Didn’t waste time with a spot that wasn’t producing. Moved to another spot he knew well and they started flying in the boat!! Hammer heads, sharp nose shark, bonnet head, even an eel! Then, the double up on my bucket list fish, Bull Reds!! Would highly recommend Gone Fishin Charters, especially to anyone who has kids. Capt. Craig was awesome, very knowledgeable and interactive with the whole family. My kids first time on charter like this and they ended up catching a few sharks, sting rays (which I’ve never seen happen before), a few whiting fish and and a bluefish.
