Redfish, Black Drum, Sheepshead, Trout, Blacktip Shark, Cobia, Black Seabass, Ladyfish, Hammerhead Shark, Spanish Mackerel, and more inhabit these waters, depending on the season. On these trips, you can expect to drift and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.

Capt. Craig runs a 26' Glacier Bay Catamaran that holds up to 6 passengers. It is spacious with plenty of storage for bags and room for a cooler if you wish to bring one. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available. There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

It's never a bad idea to bring snacks, drinks, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). There will be water and ice included. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, and please no glass bottles.

Amazing experience

We originally booked 2 trips but one had to be canceled due to the weather. Craig offered to extend our second trip because of the first one being canceled which ended up doing. Craig was absolutely amazing helping the kid that came with us and actually took time to teach him few things about how to cast, and the proper way to fish the type of fish we were targeting. I can not recommend him enough. I can't remember his name but the guy that was with him also did a amazing job. I would definitely recommend fishing with them.

Awesome Captain and first mate.

We had a fantastic experience with captain Craig and his first mate Brayden ( apologize if spelled incorrectly) . The two guys were awesome with my 11 yr old son and even treated my wife and I like we weren't completely ignorant, even though we have never been. The fish weren't biting a lot. We even heard many other captains saying the same so you be sure it was a general problem that day. But we still caught a variety of fish, mostly by my son who has bragged about it ever since. We were so grateful we did the private charter and with this crew. We will be planning to book again next year and be sure to book with captain Craig again.

Best day ever!!!

6 Hour Morning on January 13, 2026 • 2 adults • 3 children

Captain Craig and his First Mate Brayden (I’m sorry if I spelled that wrong) were absolutely amazing! I caught a big sheepshead within minutes of hitting our first spot. They kept us on the fish all day. My 11, 9, and 6 year old had an incredible day. Not one argument or complaint for 6 full hours. We caught over 50 fish. Due to the time of year, it was cold in the morning and Captain Craig was amazingly flexible and let us push back our departure time so it would be warmer. This was one of the most memorable trips we’ve ever taken. We will definitely fish with Captain Craig again!

Great Knowledgeable Captain Craig!!

Craig was upfront with us about the ins & outs & what fish we could target & keep!! We had a lots of great hits but some were shy of sz we could catch, so of course we released! Really enjoyed the experience!! We will be returning during the Red fish season!! Thanks Captain Craig!!🥰

Amazing Trip

3 Hour Shark Fishing Evening on September 1, 2025 • 4 adults • 2 children

We booked with Captain Craig to take our 7 and 5 year old shark fishing. They had the best time and can not stop talking about it. Captain Craig and his helper Lucas were so great with the kids and really took the time to teach them, and us adults, what they were doing. On our way out, they stopped and showed the kids how they catch their bait. While doing that, a dolphin swam up and was hanging out by the boat. We got out there and first hooked a 6 foot bull shark. They were amazing with helping my 7 year old and his dad reel him in until he snapped the line 10 feet from the boat. We moved after that and ended up catching a few fine tooth sharks and stingray before we had to head back in. It was definitely an awesome trip and the kids haven't stopped talking about it!
