We had higher expectations when we got there. The captain tried talking us out of going before we even left the dock, the boat had a bilge problem and they knew about it. We were out for 3 hours and never caught a thing and then we were asked if we wanted to bottom fish. Not knowing that bottom fishing was going to entail ship wreck fishing, overall experience was horrible I would not recommend this boat to anyone else. I feel like we got ripped off paying $1050.00 to go ship wreck fishing when we booked a all day offshore fishing trip. Maybe if the captain and his crew would have been more concerned with us on the boat instead of driving around half the day we could’ve caught something more than a Cobia. My son’s first experience with me on the ocean was a horrible one I feel like we got scammed and my trip was cut 1 hour short because the boat was taking on so much water.. I did my research before my trip and this boat was highly recommended that’s why I booked it and boy was that a mistake I feel like we only had our rods in the water for 2 hours tops because we drove around the rest of the time trying to find a spot that was good enough, so we all paid this amount of money for 1 fish and everyone was totally disappointed because we flew down for this trip and high hopes on bringing a cooler full of fish and we got 1.

The Mate was Really Friendly.  Captain not so Friendly until it was over…. then tried to be more Friendly. Ac and Radio kept kicking off! Then when Fish would get on little kid that was on boat would stand Right in Front of you while you were trying to reel in Fish.

We did caught a few fish , which we all were Happy for that!
But you can’t Redo this and All our Pictures have the little kid! We don’t even have a Group Picture of all of us by Ourselves!
Sorry But It Would NEED TO BE ALOT DIFFERENT FOR US TO EVER GO OUT AGAIN…. FIRST MATE was very Nice and Good with All of Us!

I paid $850 for a “luxury” fishing trip. The bathrooms were filthy and no running water in bathroom to wash your hands. The captain brought his 8 year old and the child kept interfering in the fishing. He kept jabbing the end of the rods to “pretend” a fish was on the hook. The mates waited until a fish was on the hook, then handed the rod for one of us to “catch”.  I’ve been deep sea fishing for over 38 years and this was the worst I’ve ever had

The boat was leaking oil Into the ocean.  So much so that the crew needed to make a run for oil between trips of picking up other people on the same day.  The boat is very dirty—not clean at all and just gross. I didn’t see life vests.  The captain was smoking in front of my kids. He didn’t ask if that was ok and my son felt his throat was dry from the smoke.  My son couldn’t sit up top of e boat because of this.  At some point, the Captain took a phone call and said the f word many times in front of my children.  Ricky (The first mate) was the star of the show.  He was just amazing and nothing short of wonderful. But, I’ll pass in the smell of oil in the cabin, huge safety issues, dirty bathrooms, and the Captain’s rudeness.  The write up on Fishing Booker is very inaccurate. PASS on this boat and read the google reviews as well….
