The captain grew up fishing on the lakes of Southern Wisconsin, primarily targeting Northern Pike, Bass, and Perch. At 14, he began tying Musky lures and has been hooked on chasing these toothy predators ever since. Nearly two decades have passed since he tied his first Musky lure, and in that time, he has caught hundreds of Musky, including over 40 measuring more than 50 inches. With nearly a dozen lakes in the Southern Wisconsin area perfected, he provides his customers with the best possible chance of landing the fish of a lifetime.

    best fishing day in along time.

    Half Day Trip (AM) • 3 adults

    My son and I had great day fishing, capt Mike got us on the fish quickly, hooking us up with great large mouth bass and some slammer northern pike. Also caught some big bluegill, crappie and small mouth. Capt mike was doing his darndiss to get us some perch and a walley just to complete a great fishing experience. We are from NE PA ( Clarks sumitt) and would definitely hook back up with captain Mike on our next fishing adventure. Awesome time we !!! Rob & Cory Sochovka

    Unbelievable Experience!

    Half Day Trip (PM) • 2 adults

    Due to report of bad weather, our captain Fred asked us to move our trip to a day early during the middle of the day. I never thought we would catch fish in the middle of the day, but it turned out to be the best four hours of fishing I've ever had. My son and I caught about a dozen fish overall including the biggest walleye, smallmouth and northern either of us has ever caught. It was lots of fun and well worth it!

    awesome evening outing

    4 Hour Nighttime Walleye Trip • 2 adults

    we started at 5pm just as boat traffic begins to die off and fished transitions and weed lines. We started catching fish immediately and caught pretty consistently the entire time. Bagged a cooler fun of giant blue gills, plenty of large mouhs and smallies caught and released. A feisty pike joined the fun and a couple walleyes joined the blue gills in the cooler. A good time was had by all.

    Mid-Day Fishing Trip • 1 adult

    It was a windy day out but we got on the fish! first cast had a massive blue gill and then second cast a walleye. playing around on the lake with less than ideal wind still found and caught the fish! told Captain Mike I had never caught a pike and within 10 minutes I was reeling one in! overall a great time and would suggest it for beginners and veterans alike!

Lots and lots of Walleyes!

Lots of fish being caught all day long. Most of my clients last weekend had never been fishing before. Oh man were they having a great time! We saw two muskies... one we had hooked and one was trying to eat our catch. I have 1 opening left for the summer. Get in touch with me for the spot! All fishing was done in Southern Wisconsin! Largest fish was 29”. You dont need to go to Green Bay or Erie to get on good walleyes!

Coho Salmon are everywhere!

Went out on Sunday the 9th of February casting for Cohos and Browns. The Cohos were piled up in a few areas. Put lines in around 9:30am by 9:45am we had limited out on Cohos for the day. Moved the boat around to a few more spots throughout the day, we were able to pull 101 Cohos in the boat. All being released except for the morning limit. The weather didn't seem to bother feeding windows nor did the moon. The fish were all piled up in an area no larger than a football field or so. I didn't have time to put the trolling rods in because the fishing was so hot! We managed to catch a few young Chinooks and a Brown trout. The Cohos should be around for at least a month. FILL your fridge with Salmon for 2020!!

Monster Walleyes on Geneva

Still catching monsters on Geneva. By far the largest walleyes my clients will ever see from an inland lake. I am still catching multiple fish a night over 25” and getting one or more close to 9lbs or more. Take a night off the couch and come reel in some monster walleye!

Walleyes have been on fire!

Walleye fishing has been very good the last few weeks. I opened up the calendar for week night trips for 4 hours to catch some of these monsters. With the weather being this cold we will most likely be trolling but if you are interested in casting we can do that as well.
