  Shawn, Susan, and Captain Troy were a great crew. The boat was very well maintained. The boat even has a device to reduce rocking so if you are prone to motion sickness this is the boat for you. The crew explained everything we were going to do and executed their plan. They put us on fish everywhere we went. We even hooked a 200 lb bull shark that we brought close to the boat for photos before Shawn cut the line loose just inches from the shark's mouth to ensure the line didn't get into the shark's gills. towards the end of the trip we landed a Wahoo. Great trip, awesome crew, and a great boat. I would recommend to anyone wanting to experience fishing in the Gulf of America.

  Great day of fishing with a great crew

  We enjoyed a fantastic 10 hour day of fishing with Capt. Troy and his crew. Crew PJ and Capt.'s wife Suzanne, HUSTLED to keep everyone's line baited and in the water, there was no slow motion on their parts. Captain moved the boat many times to keep us on the fish. If there was no bite in 5 minutes, were moved on. The boat is VERY clean and well equipped. Everyone knew what they were doing and what needed to be done. On top of that, Captain and crew were very personable and fun to talk to. We will DEFINITELY fish with them again. I highly recommend Reel Chill for anyone looking for a great day of fishing.

This was our first fishing excursion, and I researched all the charters in Destin for two days before I picked Reel Chill Fishing. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

  We go on multiple charters every year and Reel Chill with Capt. Troy and deckhand Shawn has not only exceeded expectations, it is by far our best experience fishing! no Captain and crew have been more accommodating and just as eager and excited to catch fiah as Reel Chill. They went above and beyond and even worked us in for a second charter on our limited time frame. We had the absolute best time and memories that will last a life time!! Truly the best experience! Side Note: The boat is exceptionally clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Perfect for all ages and level of experience.

  Captain Troy and Dakota were outstanding! We caught some fish and even got to bring some home with us. The crew checked off 2 of my husband's bucket list items, catching the biggest fish in his life and catching a shark. It was a Bull shark, he released it. But all in all it was a wonderful experience, we will definitely book with Reel Chill the next time we go fishing.
