    Excellent couple days on the water with Capt Dan! Very impressed to watch him put us on fish, worked with us on techniques, taught us how to cast a fly rod, all around positive experience. Will look forward to the next time we fish with Golden Glare Charters!

    Great time fishing with Captain Dan!

    Full Day Trip • 1 adult

    Fished a full day yesterday with Captain Dan. Booking through Fishing Booker was seamless. Communication with Dan excellent. Dan's boat and equipment were excellent. Fly rods, reels, and lines were the highest quality and very well maintained. Dan knew the Keys area well and put me on fish right away. In the morning we had shots at juvenile tarpon, snook, and even a few red fish. Was able to land a small tarpon and won the battle with a snook under the mangroves. In the afternoon we set out for larger, adult tarpon. Dan found them right away and I had at least four separate shots at fish that may have been in the 80# range but couldn't convert... my fault, NOT the captain's! Dan worked hard and went all day. He was knowledgeable, patient, and polite. I would recommend him to anyone interested in a fly fishing trip to the Florida Keys.
