Captain Willy has been fishing in the area for over 20 years. Being a local, he knows these waters like the back of his hand. Catching fish is not his only field of expertise – he is nautical mechanic by profession and the president of the nautical association in Tamarindo. One of the best parts of guiding fishing trips is being able to teach his guests to catch fish and help them have a day they imagined.

We had an amazing fishing trip with capitan Willy team! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great care. The boat was spotless, comfortable, and clearly very well maintained. The equipment was top quality, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. What really stood out was how friendly and attentive the team was - they made it such a fun and memorable experience for our whole family. Whether you’re experienced or just trying fishing for the first time, they make you feel completely at ease.

capt. willy and his mate run a nice clean operation and getting you on fish is a main focus of his as well as ensuring you’re comfortable and have a nice day on the water. Highly reccomended if you’d like to enjoy your day on the water!
