We had an amazing day fishing aboard the Hatterascal with Captain Tommy. He was extremely knowledgeable, shared great conversation throughout the trip, and made the entire experience fun and memorable. We caught 23 lbs of fish, which were cleaned and filleted right at the marina, making it easy to bring home fresh catches. Everything about the trip was smooth, enjoyable, and well-organized. This was my wife’s and I’s first time doing a private charter and captain Tommy was very knowledgeable about the waters he has fished in his entire life. He was very patient with my wife and I. He explained and had a answer for every question we had. It was alot of fun. He made sure we caught fish on this trip. We had an incredible half-day fishing charter! The fish were a little slow to get started, but the captain never gave up—he worked hard to find the fish and put us in the right spots. By the end of the trip, the action was nonstop and we finished with a fantastic day on the water. Highly recommend!

Captain Tom said “I smell fish, get ready.” a minute later all four rods hit hard! He put us on the fish and kept us on them so much so that we had over 75 pounds of fish! We actually had to leave the spot because we didn’t have enough cooler space for anymore in our camper van!! Captain Tom knows these waters and he knows how to Catch the big ones. This was my dream adventure. We call it catching more than it was fishing!

I can’t rave enough about Tommy and our fishing adventure!! He was really good with the kids and patient with them wanting to see everything! We got to see a bunch of dolphins, catch a decent bit of yummy fish and even saw a shark! Two of our crew are very susceptible to getting sea sick and he found calmer waters to help keep it a fun day for us. I would definitely recommend booking with Tommy!
