Steven thanks for your feedback.  We apologize and understand your concerns that you had a bad experience because the weather conditions were not as expected, it was quite windy and rough. Safety is our top priority and we don’t run any any trips in unsafe conditions. We would have discontinued the trip if you felt uncomfortable at any time. We informed your group about the location of the life jackets on board and asked you all to move towards the rear of the boat to avoid getting splashed and to secure your belongings. There were no complaints during the trip, so the captain was unaware of your discomfort. We ran at a safe speed and took precaution.

Apologies for the delay, the train bridge was down on the way, so we compensated you with an extra hour of fishing. The weather and conditions were great however, the bite was slow today, so I did my best to get you guys on some fish while trolling. I try to make fishing a fun and memorable experience.
