- While fishing on Lake Ontario we troll with planer boards and Scotty downriggers for species like Salmon, Brown trout,Lake trout, Walleye, Northern Pike and Pickeral.While on the Salmon River we float using our driftboats for Salmon and Steelhead casting for them and back trolling lures.
