My son (13 years old) and I had booked a 6 hour tour with Captain Tim. It was fantastic. Tim is an excellent fisherman, we fished with life bait for large mouth bass and catfish. Tim helped us with the equipment, I think he is an exceptionally good teacher for kids. When he caught a catfish with an empty hook (without bait, just the hook) in front of our eyes, we were absolutely impressed. Thank you Magic-Tim for a great fishing trip !!!

Captain Tim caught a bug the night before our trip and could not make it. He sounded really sick on the phone, and we were appreciative that he stayed home to get well and not spread the bug.  He arranged for Captain Charlie Weyer to take his place.  Captain Charlie did a great job.  His boat was well-equipped and was really fast.  We fished many spots and used shiners, speed worms and other lures. TIM was a great captain for a full day of bass fishing! Caught 12 largemouth on a day others were pulling lines up and heading in. Tim was super patient and kind with me and my 18 year old son as we put our bait in the reeds repeatedly. Lol. Don’t hesitate and book your next fishing trip with Capt tim ! Steve

Captain Tim was excellent with the boys (age 13). He tried many different spots, taught them some great tips, and was willing to let them use lots of different rods and lures. Highly recommend!!

With the winds blowing at 20 it was a tough day to be on a charter. Capt Tim did his best to get us to places to fish and we did catch a few. He was great with the young fisherman on board and worked to show him how to cast, set the hooks and fight the fish. He made a hard day to fish one that would make a young fisherman want to come back and give it another try.
