In all honesty, I went into this trip a little skeptical. I’ve been on charters for Striped Bass in the past where it was a dud and was worried this might turn out the same.

But the reality was that Captain Tim made our trip not only safe, but smooth, and absolutely enjoyable. 🛥️😎👌

He’s been on these waters for years and knows the features underneath the water. He’s a hard worker and doesn’t overcommit to one spot. And when he’s on the fish, he knows how to nail them! With his expertise we caught two large Stripers, a 35in and a keeper 29in. 🎣🐟

My friends and I had an amazing adventure and even learned some history to boot. We’ll be back and I’m going to be sure to go on many more trips with Captain Tim 😁🙏

My party of 4 (two couples) started at 7am. We jumped on the boat, and we were off to the races, checking honey holes and watching for striper boils. After spotting a frenzy of birds, it was game on. By 8am, my wife and I doubled up, and the rest of the morning all played the same. Find birds diving, chase, cast, catch big strippers and repeat. We had other fishing boats notice our success and start following us around like puppy dogs. All four of us in our party landed multiple fish on many different styles of fishing techniques and learned so, so much from captain Tim. Do yourself a favor and book a trip with Anglerfish guides. Tim will answer questions, give you useful information and catch you some memories of your dreams.

Capt. Tim was absolutely committed deliver success. On a very difficult day on Boston harbor Tim worked his boat and gear to the max to deliver fish and he followed through. Multiple fish on board both +40” fish and keepers! Great morning trip and a great experience - If you are looking for a committed Capt. to fish the Harbor and Islands look no further. I highly recommend Tim.

Tim was extremely nice and knowledgeable.  My son and I had a really fun evening trip and we landed giant stripers despite some wind.  Tim knows all the spots and we went to all of them to find the fish.  Would 100% call Tim next time we are in town.

This was my parents’ first fishing experience, and Captain Tim was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the trip. He took us to several spots to make sure we had the best chance of catching something—and we did! We ended up with a huge striped bass. The meetup location was also very convenient and close by. We’ll definitely be back again for another trip! Highly recommended!
