We were only out for two hours, probably shouldn’t have gone out. Thunderstorms were forecast to start around 10:00 am. Looking back we should have been offered to reschedule, but the captain tried to get us out and catch a few fish before the storm hit. The ocean was rough and hard to stand without holding on. We caught three mackerel. My two daughters were out for their first time and did like it, and said they would go out again. We paid $575.00 for two hours of a four hour trip that was... More

You were informed 1hr before the trip of the storms that were coming. We also had you arrive early to get in as much fishing as possible. Before we left the dock you were again informed that it may be cut early. You said “let’s give it a try” We then arrived back at the dock in time for the trip to end safely. The sea conditions were mild the entire trip. I don’t know where the rough comment came from. Your daughters and son in law had no issue standing without holding on….even with that said the boat is more than comfortable inside and out.
The trips are fully detailed in the listings and communication was clear on all aspects of the trip. We are sorry you may have misunderstood the situation but I am positive that we provided a safe and enjoyable trip and your daughters and son in law had a great time.
Would love to know what could have been changed about the boat and crew in your review……..you would be hard pressed to find a more comfortable and clean vessel for the trip you scheduled.

Had a lot of fun out on the water. The fishing was slow early with one Mahi caught. Later in the day we hit on a school of Bonita and the action was fast and furious. I originally had hoped to catch a Marlin or some Tuna but to no avail. That’s why it’s called fishing and not catching.

Captain was very accommodating, taking the initiative to offer alternatives to a Friday trip on rough seas, with little chance of catching tuna. Wound up taking offer to postpone to Saturday with very calm sea and smooth ride and trolling on an excellent boat with comfortable accommodations. Zero fish caught, but not for lack of effort by captain and mate. Plus nobody else catching any either.
