  Rough waters🌊

  6 hr afternnon bottom fishing trip on June 17, 2026 • 9 adults

  We honestly expected the trip to be canceled because the waves were so rough, but as they say, the show must go on! Most of our group were first-time fishermen, but with conditions like that, you would’ve thought we were all beginners. Out of our group of nine, only four managed to fish the entire trip. Three fished on and off, while two never made it to a fishing rod at all. One person was so seasick he couldn’t even hold his head up, and another spent most of the trip trying to stay upright while the boat rocked beneath him. Despite Mother Nature doing her best to challenge us, we still had a fantastic time. We made great memories, caught some fish, and shared plenty of laughs along the way. The captain was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The first mate was equally impressive: patient, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand, especially when the seas were testing everyone’s sea legs. Overall, it was a memorable adventure, and we’d definitely recommend the Freedom to anyone looking for a fun day on the water. Just remember: the fish aren’t the only thing that might get hooked—the waves may get you first! 🎣🌊😄

  Great trip with our kids!

  4 Hour Trip – Trolling (PM) on June 10, 2026 • 7 adults • 1 child

  We had a great trip. The boat was clean and the captian and first mate were very knowledgeable. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. Having an air conditioned area for the kids, when they got hot, was a plus! We caught lots of Mackerel on our 4 hour trolling trip! The market next to the dock cleaned, packaged, and froze our fish for us so it would be ready for our trip back home. Thanks so much for a great time!

  Had a great trip. Very comfortable for 9 of us. Very good with 3 eight year olds. One caveat, the cost of cleaning and filleting the fish is not included as listed in the profile.

  Captain Wayne was super patient with our inquisitive 10 year old. We caught fish, some of us were sea sick, and the crew took care of us too!
