We had a great time out fishing a few miles offshore for a few types of Mackerel.  We limited out on Blues and just kept bringing in Spanish and Bonitas.  There was rain forecasted for our selected morning and the Captain was very helpful in getting it moved back a day.  We ended up having a beautiful day and showed the other boats around how it was done.  After throwing back dozens (because of size and quantity limits) we ended up with 46 fish!  The First Mate also did a great job and hearing both of the crew get excited about the catches too made it even more fun.  Thank you again for this experience and we’ll come back for another trip out if we’re ever in the area again.

Captain Blake and Cody are good at what they do.  We went to many different spots and early in the day had some trouble finding them.  Then at mid morning they found the right place for the day and we were bringing em up as fast as the lines were being tossed back out.  Tried different types from bottom fishing to trolling.  Cody was very helpful with everything. Great experience.

We started the morning fast and curious reeling in sharks. Once that slowed down we moved to trolling, after 2 passes of no fish captain quickly shifted gears to something else where we hooked up on a 4-5 foot hammer head. After he pulled us from our spot and other boats moved in on our spot the captain once again shifted gears and took us to another spot where we caught flounder and hooked up on a giant sting ray,  overall great trip, captain was very knowledgeable and didn’t let us waist anytime with techniques that weren’t working.

Captain Blake and First mate Cody both did an amazing job. They listened to what we wanted to achieve and executed well. We caught 70 fish and had a blast. I highly recommend Silver Tuna to all!
