I love all kinds of fishing, whether inshore or offshore. I never get tired of watching the big redfish or or monster snappers come aboard. I started fishing with grandparents when I could barely walk and addicted to it my whole life. I always try and make the best memories for all customers and always go the extra mile for kids.

    Awesome Trip

    12 Hour Trip – Offshore • 3 adults

    The communcation up until the day of the trip was amazing, they always answered my questions with in a few hours. The morning of the trip we met the Captain Richard and the deck hand John. Both were amazing gave us a run down on what was going on and off we went! Headed out a little over 2 hours and stopped, dropped our lines that were ready. instantly getting bits and catching fish! Got our limit on BIG Red Snapper, and was able to catch a Cobia as well. Not going to lie though the heat was a killer out there we did call the trip a little early and headed in. When we got back John cleaned the boat and Richard made sure we got our pictures, then he went to cutting up the fish, and bagging it for us. I would definitely go again and plan on making another trip!

    We had a great experience with Frisky Reds! From the time we booked, the communication was excellent. They kept us updated, answered our questions, and let us know ahead of time that the weather wasn’t going to cooperate for our planned offshore trip. Even though we had to switch to an inshore trip, the captain and mate made sure our group of six still had a great day on the water. We caught plenty of gafftop and brought home lots of fish. The captain and mate were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure everyone had a good time. We’d definitely recommend Frisky Reds and would book with them again!

    Weather Shortened Trip, still had a good time

    6 Hour Trip - 6:30 AM • 4 adults • 1 child

    Captain and crew, great with all ages, including my 9 year old son. Lightning cut our trip short but we still had a great time. Caught a variety of fish inside the jetty. Fish caught included Shark, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, Sand Trout, Whiting, and more. 3 generations were able to create fishing stories that will last a lifetime.

    First time offshore fishing for snapper.

    6 Hour Trip – Offshore Red snapper • 4 adults

    Richard and Sam did an amazing job putting us on Snapper and keeping us on them. They were very patient and professional. My kids had high hopes for catching some good for their birthday and they were wore ou from reeling in snapper!

    Captain Richard was great, he put us right on the fish from the first drop of the hook. Caught our limit of Snapper, and a Mangrove as a bonus. Great trip with family, would highly recommend. Thanks for the great memories.

    Been snapper fishing for 63 years caught a lot of big red snapper but this morning the biggest one I’ve ever seen 30 pounds wow got our limit. Also great day on the water. Great God great first mate.

    When the alarm clock went off this morning, even the sun said, “Nah, I’m sleeping in.” Thick fog, zero visibility… perfect conditions to go find some fish that also can’t see straight. Turns out the fish didn’t mind the fog one bit they were chewing like it was an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet. If you’ve been waiting for a sign to book a trip… this is it. (Even if you can’t see the sign because of the fog.

Spring pattern is officially in effect… and the fish got the memo before some of y’all did ? Quick inshore run turned into a solid box-checking trip: • 12 puppy drum ?? (they were stacked up and ready to chew) • 4 sheepshead (aka convict fish still doing time) • 1 pompano (because there’s always that one show-off) • 1 bull that pulled like he had something to prove ? Fast trip, steady bites, and just enough drag screaming to keep things interesting. Water’s warming up and the bite is only getting better. Weekly fishing report Galveston, TX July 9th In this weeks fishing report, we have a tale that will make you reel with laughter! The weather was scorching hot, and so were the catches out on the water. Offshore, the red snapper were putting on quite the show, flaunting their vibrant colors. Meanwhile, inshore, the big black drum were strutting their stuff like they were auditioning for a fishy fashion show. These drummers had rhythm, and they weren't afraid to shake their tail fins to the beat of the ocean. But wait, the excitement didn't stop there. Sharks were crashing the party, doing their best impersonation of Jaws. They were the ultimate party crashers. It was a real-life thriller, and the fishermen couldn't help but hum the iconic "dun-dun" theme song as they reeled in their lines. And let's not forget about the stingrays, the underwater pranksters of the sea. They were like stealthy ninjas, sneaking up on unsuspecting anglers and giving them a shocking surprise. And let's be honest, with the rough offshore conditions, it's like we're on a rollercoaster ride out there. Who needs Six Flags when you can get your adrenaline fix on a fishing boat? Just make sure to hold onto your hat (and your lunch)! And if you're lucky enough to catch a monster red snapper, make sure to take a picture and show it off to all your friends.
