- Captain Dennis's dad used to fish part-time on weekends and once he took him fishing, Captain Dennis was hooked for life. He ran his first charter when he was 16 for a local fish camp where he spent some 32 years off and on guiding and finally made it his sole way of making a living about 20 years ago. He stays busy and has to book most of his charters some 6 months out, but does have some days open. Captain Dennis also has many references from returning customers and he's more than happy to share them if needed.
- Techniques
- Drift fishing and some sight fishing anchoring on holes will target most species anyone would like to target. Trout, Redfish, Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, and all of the inshore species. Captain Dennis uses mostly artificial bait but also has live bait if available. He prefers a fish pulling on his line whether it's a keeper or not. He fishes North Florida from Ochlockonee Bay to Aucilla and all points in-between. The captain looks forward to taking you on your next fishing adventure.
