Native to South Florida, Captain Chris Liptak is the youngest of 4 children. As a child, he grew up exploring Miami's Biscayne Bay and many surrounding areas. As a young man, he began his venture in the marine industry as a boat captain for Hewes, Maverick, and pathfinder boats. His journeys carried him West, to California and Hawaii before returning to Florida in his later years to care for his elders. Captain Chris has a calm and relaxed approach, always assuring the safety of everyone aboard. He is well known for his patience and persistence when chasing down fish. His 45 years of experience, and wisdom passed down by his father and his many mentors in the industry. The Atlantic Ocean, the Florida Keys, and surrounding areas have been his playground since 1972.

Inshore slamCapt Chris was super nice and made everyone feel comfortable. The boat is really nice and very clean. What's biting with Domestic Six Pack Charters in Miami
Bonefish are back on top form, as water temperatures are perfect for them. Troll slowly over the reefs for Kingfish and bottom fish for Snapper. Look for Sailfish as the weather cools towards the end of the month.

It’s a long ride out but slow & steady saves gas, gotta find you lines. Wind, & current allow for some spots of trolling. We made repeated passes in a 150 yard clear spot adjacent to some heavy weed, drag the first one to the boat and the others follow and **hidden content** baits. We picked up (6) 7 - 14 lbs.

Vertical jigging beats the weeds

Highly effective fishing technique that involves positioning and presentation. High speed vertical jigging mimics an escaping bait fish, and attracts almost every kind of predator. On this trip we hooked into a few large sharks, lost a few jigs to some toothy mackerel and scored a few reef fish for the dinner table.

Early bird gets the worm, at high/incoming tide yhe tarpon are stacking up under the bridge lights all through yhe city of Miami. They have been feasting on live shrimp at the shadow lines and bridge pilings. This young juvenile was tricked with a “Live Target” artificial shrimp and fought like hell in disbelief! Having a remote controlled trolling motor allows our charter boat to navigate yhe current and obstructions, efficiently landing the fish in 15 minutes on light tackle. Out client was extremely pleased and begged for more.

Miami Mullet run!

October 1st, the mullet have finally arrived in Miami and can be found moving along the seawalls, beaches, and bridges. Snook, tarpon, jack crevalle, even big Mangrove snappers have awaken. No boat necessary, now is the time to go fish and bring home a decent meal for your family. Hit up your local tackle shop for a Cassnet or buy an artificial mullet lure.
