Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to address your concerns regarding the recent charter.

Firstly, we always prioritize the safety and enjoyment of our guests. On the day of your charter, the weather conditions with 2-4ft waves were within the safe and fishable range. Had we deemed the weather too risky, we would have either canceled or rescheduled your trip.

When you booked the charter, I did mention that fishing conditions can be quite variable and change from day to day. It’s the nature of the sport—some days are more fruitful than others. As always, all of our customers are welcome to call us prior to your trip for the latest updates on fishing conditions.

I apologize if the day’s catches were not as plentiful as you had hoped. We did manage to catch a handful of fish for children to reel in.
Fishing can indeed be unpredictable, and while we strive to provide the best experience possible, we can’t guarantee a certain number of catches.

I’m glad to hear that despite the challenges, you found our crew to be amazing. We pride ourselves on their dedication and professionalism.
