    highly recommend captain Owen!

    Four hour striper trip am • 3 adults • 1 child

    We had a wonderful time on the water with Owen. he is extremely knowledagable about fishing and where the best holes are to fish. we got a couple sturgeon on the line and that was really exciting as weve not experienced that type of fishing. though it was a slower day for bites, Owen has us set up to go out with him in September. we are really looking forward to that, something he did not have to do as we still had a great day. a real stand up guy, book your next trip with him you wont be dissapointed!

    Perfect fishing trip!

    We had a great time on our trip! We have done fishing charters in the past, but this trip was by far the best. Highly recommend Captain Owen! He put us on the best spots and was very knowledgeable. Captain Owen had great energy and enthusiasm that was absolutely contagious. We were able to land a monster Red Drum and several other types of fish. 10 out of 10 trip, and we would love to come back revisit Fin N Juice Charters!

    First time fishing in Florida

    4 Hour Trip • 2 adults

    We had a fantastic time with Captain Owen and his friend! They really worked hard the entire time to make sure our trip was fun and successful. We were able to catch some black drum, speckled trout, and sheepshead. While fishing, we saw dolphins, manatees, gators, and tons of birds. It was a great time all around. We would highly recommend this charter to anyone looking to catch some fish and have a good time.

    a nice suprise

    Six hour striper am • 2 adults

    we were out fpr Striper and had booked a 6 hour trip. captain Owen is a great guy who loves his job. The bist is old but does what it was designed for. we stayed in the Saco River, I think the biat is nitvmade for the sea. we saw and found a lot if fish, but they were not hungry at all. The equipment was a little bit poor, we only had a handfull of artifical bait. after 3 hours of catching nothing Capt. Owen suggested to resumw the trip on an other day whichvwas an great offer. 1.5 weeks later we went out for the second half of our trip. it started as the other ended. Saw a lot of fish but caught nothing. Then we switched to Makarels on the right spot an we had two abolutely great hours. many bites, for sure some stripers, but we did nit get them. Then a hard bite, Striper? No a 30 inch monster of an eel. At the end we got 4 eel. seeing the joy of Capt. Owen during the whoke trip was heartwarming. thank you for the great time. for us catching eel was very, very special. best regards Tobias & Lukas

    the catain took us around and we caught mutipultle species of fish , great weather and a nice break from orlando. would recommend for vacationers looking to relax.super knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.

Big flounder pounder

We landed the largest flounder the boat has ever caught it measured 25 1/2 inches and gave 12 year old Justin from Vermont quite the battle on Thursdays four hour inshore trip! The trout bite has also been decent! We landed a 21 inch trout on the same trip along with some smaller 17 inch trout! Book a trip with us on the space coasts beautiful Indian river!

The past week we have had some great success with fly rods during our morning trips. Mondays trip yielded 11 fish on the fly rods with in an hour. The biggest fish (pictured) was 27 inches! Striped bass put up a phenomenal fight on fly tackle. Book your trip today!!!

Its happening. Fresh fish are arriving with every tide. Got out several times this past week and the fishing improved with every trip. Biggest fish measured just over 26 inches. Almost a keeper. The fishing will continue to improve as we enter the month of june! Book your trip, its time to get out!

As we patiently await the arrival of Striped Bass on our coastline, here at Fin N Juice we have been occupied with our native brook trout populations. As of today 4/21/21 the ocean temperature in the gulf of Maine sits at 44 degrees. The magic number for the arrival of Striped bass is right around 50 degrees. Only 6 more degrees till we start seeing some fresh migratory fish! Last week the 21 foot kencraft was put on the bay. We caught some winter flounder! As things start to get going we are increasingly excited about our 2021 season! Better days to come! Cheers, Captain Owen Whitehead
