Captain Lance is easy-going, knowledgeable, and helpful. The day was cold and windy, and we didnt catch a lot, but he did everything he could to give us the opportunity. Hit lots of spots in the sound, made us feel comfortable and welcome, and gave us all the local insight. Helped us filet our fish and had it cooked right there at the marina for lunch. We had a great time and if we are in the area when the weather is better, we know who we will look up for some fishing!

Even though the season was winding down for Red Drum and Sheepshead, Capt. Lance Luke with Outcast Charters OBX knew exactly where to find them.  We caught 14 good sized Sheepshead and three Red Drum, one a citation fighter.  Capt. Fishing with Outcast on OBX Sound was an unforgettable experience, especially with my grandson. Captain Lance’s expertise and enthusiasm made the trip exceptional. My name is Gregg and my son in law had a great time and learned a lot from Capt Lance, it was only 2 hrs this time but we enjoyed the trip and the knowledge from Capt Lance was really a learning lesson for me and with that I’m going to say from the bottom of my heart that I enjoyed it even though I have both rotator cuffs torn and surgery 2 weeks ago prior to the trip. Our captain was just plain awesome.  We only went half a day, I wish we could have gone longer. It was a different type of fishing than any of us were used to, but Lance taught us exactly what to do. We managed to limit out on Speckled trout in 4 hours including catching the bait. That should tell you how much action there was. I would recommend this trip to anyone looking to experience sound fishing. Thanks again Captain! I hope us PA boys made ya proud.
