  Memories made!

3 Hour Late Afternoon Fun Trip on March 19, 2026 • 3 adults

The boys caught 2 catfish and a few crappy. They were all smiles when I picked them up at the boat dock! Dieter was excellent and gave them a fishing trip they will remember for a long time! This was a birthday gift for my 15 year old and 17 year old boys. They were able to learn more about fishing and tips for catfishing!

  What a Blast!!!

  4 Hour Trip on March 10, 2026 • 2 adults • 1 child

Awesome trip! I took my 12-year-old son out on Lake Wylie for his birthday and we both had a great time! Captain Dieter was a ton of fun to hang out with. He knows his stuff, answered all of our “rookie” questions, and is an excellent conversationalist to boot!! A++!!! I highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing family. I’m not sure who got the most out of this trip; the birthday boy, the father, or myself. Good times!

Dieter Melhorn is a hard working captain who knows his business. We all had a great time and caught a bunch of fish. Will definitely book with him again.

  4 Hour Trip on February 28, 2026 • 2 adults

Capt Dieter did a great job of getting all 3 of us in our party to catch blue catfish, perch and crappie! Had a great morning trip on Lake Wylie in late February. The next time I am in the area I will book another trip with Dieter Melhorn
