Weather was not ideal, but this boat said “lets go for it” and we did. We fish “a-lot” and this was one of those days where you had to be there. 6 on the boat, and we hooked up to a Wahoo on the troll right out of the harbor. Got him on deck, and headed out to do some bottom fishing. Plenty of Trigger fish, a few Goat fish, and it was a great afternoon. The captain and crew were extremely fun and knowledgeable. Capt. Mike and his deckhand were amazing. They know what they are doing and were always hustling to get us fish. I would still rate them 5 stars even if we didnt catch anything. There are certainly cheaper charters on smaller boats. I chose to spend the extra money for my family because of their previous reviews and the size of the boat. It was the right decision. The seas were pretty rough. I was told that it was less rough than ususal. Regardless, it was nice to have an A/C cabin with big couches.... More

Both Mike and Kyle were very experienced and did an exceptional job helping us catch fish!! To be able to catch 2 blue Marlin was awesome. First Marlin took an hour and a half to land with a weight of 634 lbs. incredible experience. Also caught a 98# Marlin. These gentlemen made it possible to catch this fish with great boat control and Kyle’s help on the deck. Thanks again gentlemen.

This was my second charter out of Honolulu and my first on the Reel Life. I will never use any other company on my return trips. I brought my two sons (10,14) along for the trip! the crew were top tier fisherman and instructors. They took the time to guide my sons through the process of what occurs if we hook up and explaned all of the facilities on the amazing vessel!
