I've had a fishing rod in my hands for as long as I can remember. Growing up fishing along the East Coast with my father and brothers created some of my earliest and most cherished memories, and that passion for the water has shaped my life ever since.
After joining the United States Coast Guard, I was stationed in Alaska, where I spent five years fishing some of the most remote and demanding waters in the country. During that time, I targeted giant halibut and cod offshore while also fly fishing and trolling for salmon throughout Alaska's incredible fisheries.
For the past five years, I've worked alongside my father as a mate in his charter business, learning the trade firsthand and gaining valuable experience putting customers on fish safely and consistently. Now, it's my turn to step into the captain's role and continue doing what I've loved my entire life — sharing great days on the water and creating unforgettable fishing experiences for others.

Offshore 4 hrs • 4 adultsWe had an incredible time! Austin was a great Captain. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He took us offshore to excellent fishing. We caught triggerfish, red snapper, vermillion snapper, bonito and many other fish. Austin kept our hooks baited constantly throughout our four hour trip and was extremely knowledgeable about the types of fish and ocean life we were able to see. In addition to great fishing, we had the opportunity to see many dolphins, a hammerhead shark, crabs, and a sea turtle. Best trip ever! We will use Austin in the future! Fantastic experience!

We had booked a fishing trip with a company we had previously used; they canceled 30 minutes before we were leaving to drive to the beach. We booked a trip last minute with Salty Adventures II Charter Fishing. Austin was AMAZING. The trip was great we had the best time. He was helpful to all of us and took use to a great location for catching fish!

Full Day- offshore 8 hrs • 6 adultsThe waters were choppy today but Larry and Austin were determined to get us on some fish. We ended up killing it! We brought in a haul of red, vermillion, and mangrove snapper. We also got us a good Mahi! Larry and Austin were nothing short of amazing. They did everything possible to help maximize our chances of reeling in fish. On a day where not many boats were bringing in a lot of fish, we came in with a load. I believe a lot of it had to do with the effort of these two men. Thank you guys and we will be back! God bless.

Offshore 4 hrs - 8:00 AM • 4 adults • 1 childWe were able to book a trip that carried us nearly to sunset, which added to the experiance. Coming back into the bay with the sun setting was awesome. Captain Austin kept our hooks baited and in the water. He worked hard to get us on some red snapper, most importantly, paid close attention to my 11 y/o son, who had a blast. Austin fileted the catch back at the dock, and we fed our group of 9 vacationers the next night. Thanks, Captain Austin!

Offshore Discovery Charter - 8:00 AM • 3 adultsAustin was great!! extremely knowledgable and knew all the places to take us to keep fish on the line! my husband, 16yo son and I all caught a bunch of fish each. when the hits started slowing down Austin was good about getting us to a new spot so we werent just sitting with poles in the water. we all had an absolute blast and will definitely be back!! highly recommend!!

Slaying Limits!

We headed offshore in an effort to catch some photo op fish and put a few filets in the freezer. Well this crew rocked both by catching some monster red snappers and a Unicorn File fish along with a huge amberjack. The bite was hot and this crew slayed a limit of whopper sized Vermillion snappers. They filled the freezer with some tasty fish.
The season is heating up, book now before its too late.

The fishing cant get any better. We are pulling in some nice sporty amberjacks with just about every live bait we drop. As for ringing the dinner bell, the Vermillion Snapper bite has been on fire. We are carching red snapper sized vermillion on the bottom drops.
