Depending on the season, you may target Amberjack, Cobia, Mahi Mahi, Flounder, Redfish, Gag Grouper, King Mackerel, Red Snapper, Triggerfish, Wahoo, Speckled Trout, and more.
Trips may include trolling and bottom fishing with light or heavy tackle, giving everyone onboard a chance to experience the thrill of reeling in a great catch. Legal catches are yours to keep, and fish cleaning services are available so you can enjoy a fresh seafood meal after your trip.
Families and kids are always welcome aboard, making this the perfect way to create lasting memories together on the water. Your trip takes place aboard a spacious 27' center console that comfortably accommodates up to 6 passengers and comes fully equipped with quality rods, reels, tackle, and lures. Live bait may also be available depending on the trip.

We had an incredible time! Austin was a great Captain. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He took us offshore to excellent fishing. We caught triggerfish, red snapper, vermillion snapper, bonito and many other fish. Austin kept our hooks baited constantly throughout our four hour trip and was extremely knowledgeable about the types of fish and ocean life we were able to see. In addition to great fishing, we had the opportunity to see many dolphins, a hammerhead shark, crabs, and a sea turtle. Best trip ever! We will use Austin in the future! Fantastic experience!

The waters were choppy today but Larry and Austin were determined to get us on some fish. We ended up killing it! We brought in a haul of red, vermillion, and mangrove snapper. We also got us a good Mahi! Larry and Austin were nothing short of amazing. They did everything possible to help maximize our chances of reeling in fish. On a day where not many boats were bringing in a lot of fish, we came in with a load. I believe a lot of it had to do with the effort of these two men. Thank you guys and we will be back! God bless.

This was an awesome experience! Captain Austin was great, very knowledgeable and attentive. He took us offshore for an incredible adventure and made sure we caught some fish. While we didn't catch as much or as big as we had hoped for it was still a great time. This was a bucket list moment and we will definitely be doing it again with Salty Adventures II.
Austin is amazing! He helped bring fish on board, keep us bated, find great spots, escape the dolphin madness, and helped fillet our fish! On top of that he has great knowledge on the fish and laws in his area! All around had a fantastic time cant wait for next summer we will definitely book with him again! Thanks Austin for a great adventure!
We were able to book a trip that carried us nearly to sunset, which added to the experiance. Coming back into the bay with the sun setting was awesome. Captain Austin kept our hooks baited and in the water. He worked hard to get us on some red snapper, most importantly, paid close attention to my 11 y/o son, who had a blast. Austin fileted the catch back at the dock, and we fed our group of 9 vacationers the next night. Thanks, Captain Austin!

I've had a fishing rod in my hands for as long as I can remember. Growing up fishing along the East Coast with my father and brothers created some of my earliest and most cherished memories, and that passion for the water has shaped my life ever since. After joining the United States Coast Guard, I was stationed in Alaska, where I spent five years fishing some of the most remote and demanding waters in the country. During that time, I targeted giant halibut and cod offshore while also fly fishing and trolling for salmon throughout Alaska's incredible fisheries. For the past five years, I've worked alongside my father as a mate in his charter business, learning the trade firsthand and gaining valuable experience putting customers on fish safely and consistently. Now, it's my turn to step into the captain's role and continue doing what I've loved my entire life — sharing great days on the water and creating unforgettable fishing experiences for others.
