My 9 year old son and I were in Marathon for the weekend and we booked with Captain Alex. My wife and I took a 4-Hour trip with Alex yesterday. It was her first time fishing and my first time saltwater fishing. Alex was patient and coached us the entire time. He knew where to go to find the different species of fish and how to catch them. when we got there. When we returned, he cleaned the fish, and we had them cooked in the marina restaurant. My family had a great experience with Capt. Alex. Amazing fishing trip and very family friendly.  Capt. Alex has a great temperament with beginners. I would absolutely recommend him for any family, regardless of age! Thank you Capt. Alex!! BTW - we kept 11 of the snappers and had them cooked right at the pier (fried and blackened!) - delicious!!!

We had a great time with Captain Alex, we booked a 4 hour charter and came back with cooler full of snapper. He was engaging and a very informative. There were four of us on the boat with him and he kept up with all of our needs and kept us reeling in fish. We will be booking with him everytime we are back in Marathon!
