There are lots of people who can be good guides on days that the fish are really active, but the measure of a guide is how they do on the days the fish won’t cooperate. Today was a day where the fish were sluggish, the snow was falling, and the customer (me) had no fly fishing experience. Our fishing adventure with Ben was beyond our expectations! We had never been fly fishing before and we couldn’t have asked for a better instruction than what Ben gave us. He is patient and fun!! The location he took us to was beautiful and the fish plentiful. Thank you so much for a great time and wonderful memories! Going to be very hard to go back to a spinning reel.
