We booked this charter fishing trip with Captain Joe with great expectations. He met and exceeded our expectations for a day of fun, catching some fish, and enjoying being off the coast of Maine. We caught a boatload of fish, visited seals and enjoyed getting to know about our Captain. It was a birthday gift to Rye and he had a blast! We’ll be back for Striper fishing soon! Captain Joe gave us a great experience. We are complete novices, he made everything easy, and was very patient with my son. The joy on my son’s face when he caught so many fish, and pulled up the lobster traps was priceless. He was knowledgeable and andwered all of our questions. Highly recommend Captain Joe.

Thank you Captain Joe for another great trip out on the water! We saw everything from Porpoises, Harbor Seals, and Birds. We were successful in catching Pollocks, Mackerel,Cod, and Striper Bass! We absolutely can’t thank him enough for the amazing time on the ocean every time! We’ll be back :-)

Capt Joe runs a clean boat and uses top-line equipment to get you hooked on Maine fish. He takes the extra effort to make sure guests are comfortable and even uses chum to maximize chances. The keeper fish were gutted and we are happy customers, thanks again for a great time.

We had so much fun, and learned a lot about how the North Atlantic marine ecosystem works. It would have been worth the trip for the fishing OR the education, but to get both was something special. Thanks Captain Joe!
