I was born and raised on the north side of Lake Pontchartrain. I began fishing in my backyard as a kid as soon as I could hold a fishing pole. We would catch plenty of Bass and Bluegill. Once I grew older my grandfather would take me to Delacroix and we would catch Speckled Trout and Redfish. Once I began saltwater fishing it became an addiction. All I wanted to do was go fishing as much as possible. Then I eventually got into the sight fishing aspect and was hooked even more. There is no bigger rush than hunting these Redfish in shallow water and watching them inhale the fly.
