I am truly sorry that you feel that way. As we discussed prior to your trip My harbor was badly damaged by Hurricane Zeta . I informed you that we would be launching by trailer and that was two days before the trip.  As far as moving the time , I Did that to make sure we were fishing during optimal tide flow . Tidal movement helps the bite . When we talked about that you had no problem with it . I also explained to you that I would pick you up closer to the fishing area because it was going to be foggy. When you arrived you said it took an hour to get there due to traffic delays caused by fog . I guess next time I will pick customers up and navigate through the fog safely . Having you meet me closer to where the fish were gave you more time to fish. I would like every customer to understand we do are best to catch fish . Sometimes they don’t cooperate. Sometimes the weather isn’t ideal but it’s manageable. These are all things that I can’t control . As we discussed your trip last year you had the same issue .... you said it was fog and the captain wasn’t sure where to fish ..... sounds pretty similar . A bad day of fishing doesn’t necessarily mean it’s all the captains fault
