Hi David.  First, thank you for booking with us.  Secondly, I appreciate your honesty and for you taking the time to provide your feedback regarding the trip.  We should be hitting 5’s on all marks and it appears we missed on a couple.  Unacceptable, especially in the area of customer service where that is completely within our control.  Maintaining customer service at the highest level is always emphasized to our crew and anything less than that is unacceptable.  Based on your feedback additional conversation and coaching has been shared with the crew.  So thank you.  If we should be fortunate enough to have you book again with us, we will strive for 5’s across the board.  As should always be the norm.  All the best and stay well.

Hello Stephen. I’m very sorry that your experience with us was so disappointing. I apologize on behalf of the company. I would appreciate finding out exactly where we missed the mark and how we missed it so badly.  That’s absolutely unacceptable. As I’m not sure what the issue(s) were I will definitely be working with the crew to inquire as to the situation as they know it and to coach them on overall creating and maintaining a phenomenal experience for our guest every time. Again, I apologize that for whatever reason we as a crew and company did not provide you with the experience you deserve as a valued client.
