Booked a charter with Good Time Charters for scallop on opening day (June 15th, 2024). It was our 1st trip all around to Steinhatchee. We had someone aboard that had never scalloped nor snorkeled before. We had an amazing time with Good Time Charters! Captain Fain had us on fish right away! She is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient with my girls! We were all laughing and cutting up the whole time! I have been on too many charters to count, and many captains, although being in a customer service based buisness, have been as******, but not captain fain, she was awesome! Melissa and Shade were such perfect captains and hosts. Our first time scalloping and they were extremely helpful with help in the water and safely watching over us from the boat. We got a plentiful catch to take home for dinner. Half day we were able to hunt for scallops in three different areas. The captain took us to right where we could find them best. And being locals, they were able to guide us to the best places in town. Thanks for such a memorable adventure!

Captain Melissa Fain was great, she showed us Sea Stars, Sea Urchins, gave us tips on how to dive for the scallops. Capt Fain was very helpful, made sure we had a good catch of scallops. Very informative. Would highly recommend Good Times Charters.

Our Captain went above and beyond to not only take us to populated areas, but also helped us get scallops too! She was in the water, actively teaching us where and how to look.  It was the best time and the beginning of a new tradition!
