- Captain Devin grew up fishing the Outer Banks of NC. He has also fished professionally all over the world, Africa, Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, Bahamas just to name a few places. Since 1993, he's been running inshore trips on his charter boat Poacher out of Oregon Inlet Fishing Center. I've fished my whole life and still get excited from a bite whether it's a Spanish mackerel or a large cobia. I especially enjoy the families I take with small children seeing them running to the rods in a good bite!
- Techniques
- On half-day trips you have to target what's available, you only have so much time catch fish. On all--day trips you can pick and choose a little more, wreck fish, bottom fish, live-bait, sight cast are all options on all days
