Ludington is considered one of Michigan's 'top' ports for trophy catches of salmon and trout. Captain Steve Lauer has been successfully sport fishing Lake Michigan for over 20 years. You'll fish from a comfortable 4300 Tiara Open with a wide beam (15-2''). All tackle is included, our boat is air-conditioned, has an auto-pilot, 2 marine radios, fish finder, GPS, electric downriggers w/water temp, and twin 550 H.P. Detroit Diesel engines to quickly put you over the best fishing spots. A well appointed and beamy cockpit makes for comfort and practical fishing on the Big Lake.

They made sure we caught a lot of fish and the water was so calm. We was so blessed that day. I definitely would recommend you taking his charter again. We are going to book with him again. We live in Florida so Captain Steve is shipping our fish to us. Thank you much for the best trip ever.

Spring Special-6 hour Morning Trip • 4 adultsWe hit the morning off strong catching 12 of our 15 limit within the first two hours. It was getting hectic on the boat and about the time we turned around to get back to the fish they were biting away! I would recommend this to everybody, they have everything you need on board. Every season I’ll be coming back to fill the freezer. Thanks a lot you guys!

Steve and Brad were great - skilled, friendly and worked hard to ensure we had a good catch - almost 60 lbs of salmon that gave us all a fun challenge to reel in!
