Captain Chris and his first mate Dan were very friendly and encouraged us to ask questions. My dad and I have been deep water fishing in Mexico and San Diego bit never on the lake! The boat and equipment are top notch! It was a blast to learn how to fish the lake and see how it’s done! Captain Chris kept in constant communication with me since I booked and made sure we had everything we needed even before we got to the boat so that we would have an amazing time! I could tell that him and Dan loved what they did and were very passionate and enjoyed sharing that with us. It was really move than just catching fish. It felt like a tailored experience just for us. It was personal and unique which made it something I will remember forever. What I thought would just be somthing to cross off the bucket list, has turned into something we will enjoy every year when my dad comes up to visit me here in Michigan.

Michigan Lake is beautiful! The experience with On the Fly was as first class as one could ask for. Captain Chris and First mate Dan were very down to earth professionals and the amount of equipment and tackle blew my mind! Very great day on the water and they take the time to explain and visit with you about the lake and history of it along with what all species of fish are available to catch! We caught a fair amount of fish and the sunset was worth the whole adventure as well! They get 100 stars in my book and I will be rebooking for a long weekend of fishing for now I want to seek the sunset rising over beautiful Lake Michigan!
