We booked our charter a few weeks in advance and on the day of, we showed up and Capt. Froggy was ready to go right on time. Once we set off to catch our bait, all things were full steam ahead. We caught 70 bait fish in about 30-45 minutes or so and then we set off to get the big fish. Capt. Froggy was really knowledgeable about where we would have success and that was key. We went out on a chilly day with 3 adults and 2 kids under the age of 10.. As such we chose to stay in the sound and do some shallow water fishing. It took a bit to get on the fish, but the captain stayed upbeat and made every effort to keep the kids engaged and everyone’s spirits high. Myself and 3 other members of my family went out with captain Froggy for a 12:30 half day trip in the sound. We spent the first 30-40 minutes catching bait fish and then we went to catch some trout. The first spot captain Froggy took us to we all caught our limit for the day within 90 minutes. After that we went looking for red drum. Overall it was a fantastic experience with a very experienced captain and I would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a half day trip on 8/16 with Captain Froggy on the sound at OBX.  We had a lot of fun on his boat and fishing for trout and red drum.  Unfortunately the fishing wasn’t great but we did catch 2 large fish.  There were 4 of us, and we all enjoyed the trip.  Captain Froggy provided everything and we got a good lesson on how to fish better.  He was entertaining and regaled us with stories and jokes.  Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend his charter.  Logistically...
