Sarasota Inshore/Nearshore Fishing Fall

Fishing has been on fire lately with plenty of options on what to target. If the cool breezy winds are not too strong then you can find lots of grouper, snapper, cobia, and bonitas (aka false albacore) anywhere from 1-9 miles off the beaches. If you want to experience fishing the inshore waters of Sarasota or the wind doesn’t allow for an offshore adventure then you’ll have no problem finding Snook, Redfish, Sea Trout, or juvenile Tarpon on your fishing trip. This action will be consistent until the stronger cold fronts come down changing the patterns of some of our local species, but one thing you can always count on when fishing with us, you will be sure to get on some Stellar Action.

Winter Time Fishing at it’s Best !

The fishing has been stellar the past couple weeks and I am only predicting it to get better! Sheepshead which are a great fish to eat and a great fish to catch are spawning at this time of year. Snook, Redfish , and BIG Jacks have also been biting well for us, these fish are great to target as they know how to put up a fight when hooked!

We had a great time fishing with Captain Nick. He was very knowledgeable of fish species and fishing spots. It was very cold on the water but Nick made sure we had the best experience. Enjoyed catching various types of fish and Nick filleting them for us to take home. The pelicans were so entertaining. Thanks Nice! We will definitely do it again in warmer weather.
