For Cole, “When fishing a topwater frog just remember to fish it slow!” Remember the cadence, twitch, twitch, pause! On the pause wait at least 3-5 seconds before you move it on the matted vegetation. When you are open water you twitch it constantly so it walks towards you in a left to right motion! Just maintain a small c at the end of your rod tip when walking in open water!  In both scenarios, when the bass bites and pulls up on your frog and your frog disappears, SWING!!!
