If I was rating these guys on how kind they were, I would give them five stars. We had a nice boat ride and even saw some dolphins in the distance. We had two goals for the trip: catch a shark and catch something to take home for dinner. Unfortunately, we did not accomplish either of them. The captain showed up late and dropped us off at a different spot than we were picked up, which were both a surprise and not very professional in my opinion. We paid $350 and did not get one single bite. We had the fishing rod in our hands for 5 minutes or less for the entire trip, which again leads me to the conclusion that it was not much more than a boat ride for us. The captain did not compensate, discount, or otherwise do anything to make it a better day. We had many options and chose this charter, and spent a lot of money only to be disappointed. We did not leave happy customers that day.

The captain had a great attitude and was really engaging with my children.  Only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the boat did not have a restroom and the restrooms at the pickup and drop-off location for the day of our trip were locked.
