Capt. Joseph became a captain because he loves the water and enjoys teaching his guests to become better anglers. He grew up right outside of Duluth and has always loved fishing the Great Lakes. Capt. Joe has been fishing exclusively on Lake Superior for the past 4 years. He is a third-generation fishing guide/charter captain and is excited to continue the legacy of all the great guides in his family.

    First time on the big lake ! Caught our limit !

    I booked this trip with big hopes of catching some big lake trout maybe even a King Salmon or 2 ! We definitely caught a boat load of lake trout! We didn’t catch any salmon but I have no complaints we caught out limit of lake trout on a day everyone was heading back with nothing ! Crew was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be booking for next year with the same crew !

    Great trip with a Family of four!

    This was exactly what we wanted with a family of four! Caught plenty of fish, lake trout and walleye. Captain and first mate were great, friendly and great conversation.

    Fun first experience

    This was our first fishing trip on Lake Superior. We have 2 young busy boys age 5 and 8 and the guys did very well and was very patient with them! It was a great first experience and the boys were excited to get some trout !
