Spotted Sea Trout Date: 09/08/2023 Location: Charlotte Harbor, Matlacha Pass and Pine Island Sound. Weather conditions: Temperatures 90 degrees Fahrenheit, mostly cloudy with thunderstorms approaching from the west. Wind speed started off at 3mph and later picked up 15mph. The storm lasted anout 20 minutes and then cleared.
