I booked a fishing trip with Captain Shayne to take my girlfriend fishing for the first time in her life. Captain Shayne provided an outstanding experience and is highly knowledgable of the good areas to fish for trout and black drum. He provided all the needed equipment and instructions on how to fish for each type of species. I highly recommend his service for fishing trips between 1 to 4 people.

Trip was absolutely incredible captain was an incredible dude that new his stuff on the water, he was very good with us even with my wife being 35 minutes late to the boat he still made the changes needed for the time difference and put us on the fish fast absolutely incredible dude to be on a boat with recommend him to anyone looking to get on the fish

I knew what I was getting into booking a late afternoon trip during the hottest days of summer. The water is warm, the air is hot, and the fish are hiding. So it took some searching but eventually we found some and landed some pretty nice fish. We caught some keepers, a few under sized and even some over sized. But the hunt and the catch was worth it.

Even though we had a strong front the day before, which made the fishing a little more difficult, captain, Shane made sure to work hard to find with the fish were biting! Had a blast and Captain Shane was very patient even when we did stupid stuff, lol! Thanks Captain Shane! Hope to see you again in the future! TC

Captain Shayne is one awesome guide and fisherman!  This was my first time fishing the upper Laguna Madre and it didn’t disappoint!  Captain Shayne put us on fish at every spot we went to!  I had a blast and would highly recommend Clear Water Adventures.
